Terms of sale and use

These terms cover the purchase and use of The Gluten-Free Baking System, a digital product sold by Audiens (“we”, “us”) under the CrumbKind brand.

The product

• Your purchase is a one-time payment for six downloadable PDF files: The Gluten-Free Baking System and five companion guides. No physical product is shipped, and there is no subscription.
• The displayed price includes tax; nothing is added at checkout.
• Delivery is digital: after Stripe confirms payment, we email a secure access link to the address used at checkout, normally within five minutes.
• By completing a purchase you request immediate delivery of the digital content. Where consumer law provides a statutory withdrawal period for digital content, you acknowledge that delivery begins at once; our own 14-day guarantee applies as described in the guarantee and refund policy.

Your licence

• You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read, store and print the files for your own household use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files or access links, or use the content to create a competing product.
• A completed full refund ends the licence and future access to the download library.

Access

• A valid purchase gives ongoing access through our secure delivery system. Individual links expire for security; a fresh link can be requested at any time with the checkout email.

Important limits

• The content is educational cooking material, not medical, nutritional or allergy advice. Recipes describe ingredients used in testing; product formulations differ between brands and countries, so always check labels and manage cross-contact in your own kitchen. Follow the advice of your clinician or dietitian for your circumstances.
• We do not guarantee a specific result from any recipe; outcomes depend on ingredients, equipment and technique.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. CrumbKind is not endorsed or sponsored by Stripe.
