Privacy policy

CrumbKind is operated by Audiens. We collect the minimum personal data needed to sell and deliver a digital product, and nothing more.

What we collect and why

• Order details. When you buy, Stripe collects your email address and payment details on its own secure pages. We receive your email address, the order amount and a payment reference so we can deliver the files, provide support and handle refunds. We never see or store your card number.
• Delivery and access records. We keep records of delivery emails and secure download access so we can help you recover access, prevent abuse and evidence fulfilment if a payment is disputed.
• Support email. If you write to web@audiens.net, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to resolve and evidence the request.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
• We do not send marketing email from a purchase; delivery and order emails only.
• We do not collect health information.

Processors we rely on

Stripe processes payments; Postmark delivers transactional email; our hosting and file storage providers run the website and hold the product files. Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention and your rights

Order records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute-evidence purposes, then deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data; contact web@audiens.net to exercise them and we will respond to any request.
